Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. Autom8 runs on a monthly subscription, with no fixed-term commitment. A 30-day notice period is enough to stop at any time.
Can the modules be personalised?
Yes. Each module is configured to your context during onboarding: your business rules, your data sources, your decision thresholds. On Business and Enterprise plans, we also build tailored integrations when the need goes beyond the standard.
Does Autom8 integrate with my ERP?
Yes. Native connection with Odoo, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. For other ERPs or line-of-business software, we use the API or a dedicated n8n connector.
Is my data secure?
Your data is hosted with OVHcloud (France), encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each client and maintain a records of processing activities register aligned with the GDPR.

Can I change plan during the subscription?
Yes, in either direction. You can move from Starter to Business (or the other way round) from one month to the next. The change takes effect at the start of the following month and we carry over your existing configuration.
What happens if I add a module mid-subscription?
If your plan allows it (slots available on Starter or Business), activation is immediate. Otherwise, we offer to move you up to the higher plan on a pro-rata basis for the current month.
Who supports me at kick-off?
Our integration team. On Starter, you are guided through an online onboarding path and a follow-up email. On Business and Enterprise, a consultant handles the configuration, the connections to your tools and the training of your teams. This is the moment that matters most — we don't leave you alone with the tool.
