Autom8 by Agile Minds
Preconfigured AI agents that already understand how an SME works. You don't build your automations — you switch them on.
Why automate, today?
In most SMEs we work with, the observation is the same: teams spend a meaningful share of their time on repetitive tasks. Re-keying an order from an email into the ERP. Chasing an overdue invoice by hand. Pulling a weekly report together from three tools that don't talk to each other. Nothing dramatic taken on its own — but added up across a year, that adds up to dozens of person-days lost to administrative friction.
AI changes the picture on that ground — not by replacing people, but by taking the mechanical part off their plate so they can focus on the work that actually calls for human judgement. That is what Autom8 is for.
What sets us apart: AI agents that are already configured
Platforms like Make and n8n are capable tools, but they ask for a genuine build effort. Autom8 starts from the other end: teams of agents already shaped around the functions of an SME.
The classic approach (Make, n8n, Zapier)
You start from a blank canvas. You have to map your processes, pick the right nodes, write the conditions, handle the errors, and keep the flows up to date when a tool changes its API. It's perfectly workable — we do it ourselves for clients — but it assumes an integrator or a trained internal team.
The Autom8 approach
You pick one or more modules matched to your functions (finance, sales, HR, operations, and so on). The agents already understand the context of an SME: chasing overdue payments, scoring leads, onboarding a new hire, tracking OKRs. You connect your tools and you're off.
What it changes in practice
Time back on the clock
Repetitive tasks (data entry, follow-ups, reporting, filing) run in the background. Your people keep their hands on what matters: decisions, client relationships, quality.
Fewer data entry errors
Data entered once, replicated everywhere it's useful. Fewer inconsistencies between CRM, billing and accounting. Less time wasted working out who did what.
A cost you can hold
A monthly subscription rather than an integration project spread over several months. You start small with a single module and extend it when the need shows up.
What Autom8 doesn't do
Let's be straight: AI has limits. An Autom8 agent is not a magic wand. It needs access to the right data, configuration against your context, and supervision — especially in the first few weeks. We supply the preconfigured agents, but a minimum of hands-on support at the start is still needed for them to deliver real value. That's what our integration team is for.
Autom8 is built for SMEs that want to move quickly without building the plumbing themselves. If you already have a solid IT team and very specific requirements, a bespoke n8n project (which we also offer) may be a better fit. We'll tell you so.
Where to start?
Which tasks in your week would you rather stop doing by hand? That's usually where the conversation begins.
